Hardware returns accepted within 7 days (unopened); software licenses are non-refundable once activated.
Refund Policy
Fair, Transparent, and Client-Focused
All returned products will be verified along with the original receipt. The product must be in good condition. For physical hardware products, the packaging must be in original condition as received. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, no refund will be issued.
For virtual products (software licenses, license renewals, digital deliveries), refunds are only applicable if the license has not been activated or delivered. Once a software license (including Microsoft Windows 11 Pro, Microsoft Office 2021, or FortiGate license renewal) has been activated or emailed to the customer, it is considered used and non-refundable.
J&S Integrated System is not responsible for shipment loss during return transit for physical products. However, since most of our products are virtual, no physical return address is required.
Once we have checked and confirmed the returned product or service eligibility, the customer will receive their refund within 7 to 14 days after confirmation.
